As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a dedicated social work leader, I bring nearly two decades of experience to the table, focused on building sustainable programs and mission-driven teams across the government, faith-based, and non-profit sectors.
I have a proven record of success in scaling and growing vital programs in the areas of mental health, children and families, food insecurity, homelessness prevention, and financial empowerment. My strategic experience includes program assessment, development and implementation, as well as capacity building support. In addition, my direct clinical experience offers me a holistic view, ethical expertise and strong relationship management skills.
My commitment to community is integral to my work, and I currently serve as Chair of the Departure Regional Center Community Advocacy Committee and the Neutral Convener of the North Raleigh Community Task Force.
If you are a social sector leader seeking to maximize impact and optimize the utilization of entrusted resources, I welcome a discussion with you.

With a background in Sociology, my work focuses on strengthening programs that support community-led solutions.
I bring experience facilitating and strengthening programs that address underlying needs, while also clearly communicating both the need for and impact of the work. This includes identifying and securing funding opportunities, as well as bringing programs to life through engaging materials and visual storytelling. I also have proven success in strengthening internal systems, creating structure, improving procedures, and supporting team culture, enabling programs to operate more effectively and sustainably. I approach this work through a trauma-informed lens, prioritizing trust, dignity, and collaboration in the environments where services are offered.
I am particularly passionate about food security programs that address the root causes of food access challenges. I am also actively engaged in regional food security efforts, including leading the North Raleigh Community Task Force Food Insecurity Subcommittee, and collaborating with partners through the Capital Area Food Network.
I’m grateful to work alongside others committed to making Wake County a stronger and more connected community.
